In-Person Meet the Teacher Information coming soon!
The Willow Child Development Center seeks to provide a loving wholesome Christian atmosphere where boys and girls can grow physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. We work to introduce each child to God as they work on skills that will help them succeed in school and in life. For more specific information, please contact Kristen Beasley or Debbie Shermer in the CDC Office at 972-272-3221.
Covid Protocol Update
We have a cleaning crew on-site daily. They clean touch points (light switches, door knobs/handles, etc) throughout the day and mop floors and clean adult and child restrooms.
Toy sanitation has increased. Teachers rotate bins of toys multiple times a day to be washed in high temperature water using our industrial dishwasher. Toys that cannot be sanitized (playdoh, sand, etc.) have been individualized per child.
We request that parents notify our office if their child is ill or has been exposed to anyone with coronavirus and STAYING HOME if they don’t feel well.
Children's Tylenol/Ibuprofen or any other fever reducing medication will not be administered until further notice. (Asthmas medication and infant teething tabs may be administered as needed.)
Adult staff members will wear masks throughout the day.
Activities that require guests in the building are limited or cancelled. Activities that require large gatherings may have limited audience capacity, or will be held outside.
Drop off and pick up is now in the foyer of the Willow. Parents are not allowed in the hallways to limit unnecessary exposure.
Temperature checks are conducted upon arrival for all staff and children. Anyone with a temperature over 100ºF will not be permitted in the building and are not permitted to return until they are symptom free for 24 hours. *Medical professional documentation may be necessary if they have multiple symptoms.
Sanitizing stations are available for students and teachers to use before entering the hallways.
Parents are highly encouraged to wear a mask if they have not been vaccinated. Due to the limited space at drop off, parents may need to wait outside or in their vehicle until others have left.
