The Child Development Center is an integral part of First Baptist Garland's educational ministry. It seeks, through its faculty and curriculum, to provide a wholesome Christian atmospher in which boys and girls can learn of God's love and care. We hope this ministry will lay an adequate foundation for each child to make a commitment to Jesus Christ later in life.

School Year Consists of Two Terms:
Fall Term (August to May)
Summer Term (June to August)

Hours: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday-Friday

Classes are open to any child regardless of race or religious belief. We do reserve the right to exclude children who require special care physically, emotionally, intellectually, or socially, which limits participation in the normal activities of our school. The Child Development Center meets all minimum requirements of the State Department of Public Welfare and is licensed yearly by this agency. The Center is inspected regularly by the Department of Human Resources and Health Department of Garland.

Children are accepted on a "first-come, first-served" basis, as long as space is available in the appropriate program for their ages. A child will not be considered enrolled until his/her initial registration form has been completed and the registration fee has been paid. Annual enrollment and registration fees are required for returning children.
